:help: I have an 03 dak with the heavy duty service package,which includes an electric fan. Every time the electric fan kicks on(usually when the A/C comes on) I get a bad vibration from it .You can feel it strongly in the steeringwheel and on the fan shroud. Dodge won't fix it because I had a minor front end accident in which the fan was replaced because it cracked. I checked for loose parts but found nothing. What could be causing this.It feels as if the truck has a nasty rough idle. Any info would be helpful.

Pull the fan out, if you can, and check if there are any nicks in it. Basically make sure the blades are in good condition. Next check that the motor spins smoothly.

Those are the only two checks I can think of. It should somewhat narrow the source of the problem.
