I have a 4.7L, from the Y back a three inch High flow cat, with and spintech prostreet muffler then Three inch all the way back exiting straight out the back. It after having it for about 4 months now. It's starting to get to loud for me. I'm thinking of getting dual exhaust setup, will that quite it down (keeping my spintech) and loose power? Or do I need to switch mufflers?

To me it sounds like crap when its cold, but when it warms up its good.

agreed. you should look at maybe changing to a magnaflow if you want it to be quieter but still have a good rumble. if it's still too loud after that then you will need to add in a straight through resonator or glasspack before the muffler to tone it down.

I have magnaflow and love it. Your charging system sure is low. Maybe thats normal for yours but I would want mine closer to the middle.

wow.you need an alternator there bud by the looks of things. id get ur charging system checked before i put diff exhaust components on.

Oh I know what you looking at. My needle is off. I have a stinger volt meter on my battery. It shows 14 volt
