goto a roofing outlet and try a product called Fire & Ice maybe alittle thinner then dynomat but just double layer if you need too ALOT cheaper then dynomat if i remember right its like 50.00 to do your whole truck Mine is a CC and its enough. I started with dynomat but after 300.00 i ran out and didnt even get ½ done

Why do you guys spend so much money? All that stuff is its waterproofing matting. I get this stuff called Bichathane from any home depot or waterproofing or lumber yard warehouse. I may of have it mispelled but go to a home depot and ask for Bichathane. My buddy did his truck in Dynomat and I took a smallpiece and compared it and it looks identical with the exception of the silver backing. the bichathane has a clear plastic smooth or black with writing backing thewn the sticky side. comes in 1 foot to 4 foot wide rolls.

50 or 100 sqare feet isnt quite enough to cover the interior, imo. i went through 1 large bulk pack and all i got done was the doors and the cab corners. i got one layer in the corners of the cab, and really took some time out and covered the doors big time. i used two big bulk packs from dynomat, and i right now, i used one and a half of those, and i still have the floor to do (just havent had the time to do it lately---alot of overtime the past 3 weeks). im hoping i have enough, but ill prolly have to either get a small box more to finixh it off. not really high on the to do list for me as of late, i need a new distributor and gear and bushing on my truck...running like a dog with no legs right now....

pic is of the door in the process of being completed.

i used the eDead in my Dakota as well... i didn't get a good before/after comparison, because i did it while i had the interior torn out for the sound system install, but i don't have any rattles with my Thunderform. Dynamat seems to have far and away the highest mark-up of any sound-deadening product out there, i wouldn't recommend it to anyone spending their own money.

this stuff works

the price is high but i received enough to do my whole inside and the firewall. I had enough to do my wifes cobra mustang. I would definately invest in this stuff and it comes in rolls not squares.

i have used alot of sound deadener and dynamat extreme is by far the best the only thing that even comes close is stingers roadkill top of the line stuff, some of the cheaper stuff you buy will melt in high heat trust me i no i had a mess in my cc area the dynamat won't melt there are a lot of immators out there don't get cheap when doing it it makes a world of difference trust me this what i do :biggthump

Dynamat extreme is the best.

I have it everywhere inside the truck and no rattle or unwanted noises. I paid $90 for a bulk box on EBAY just type in "dynamat". Wort it but not paying almost $300 for it. The stuff from Home Depot is not the same thing nor does it say so, they have a completely different process involved and mainly for "weather proofing" not sound deadening. Unless you want to hose down the inside of your truck and then post how well it does? Until then just penny up the bucks and get the stuff for what it is made to do. Dynamat is good,Extreme is better. There are competitors like brown stuff or fat mat just depends on what you want from your system and out of your wallet. Good luck...
