Would be different, but unless you have a pile of cash to dump into it, you could make more power with a late model Hemi or a LS swap.
Though, most of the 440's had a factory steel crank, but you'll need to up the compression as most of them are low compression smog motors.
There was a 440 Dakota for sale around here a few years ago, was going for 3,500 or so.
