What Dakota owner in their right mind would fail to add the simple clutch petal kill switch to their trucks during a zombie apocalypse? Clearly this guy since his truck was hotwired! Sheesh, Hollywood is so unrealistic.

I was watching the fast and the furious( the first one) the other day and if you pay close attention when jesse gets back from the race wars infront of dom's house, the camera moves down the street as jesse is approaching in his jetta there is a white dakota down the street.
also in 2 fast 2 furious near the end when they go to the trailer near the end of the movie to get all the cash the cartel workers are driving a durango.....i only noticed because all the movie channels were playing the fast and furious movies from fast 5 coming out. So that is another 2 movies where our trucks have had there 30 seconds of fame

Damn you beat me to it. I remember on one of those USA shows (I think it was Burn Notice) There was a blue R/T RC in one of the scenes. The truck itself was for sale on autotrader at one time and i remember they had pics of it during the scene of the show.

Florida just started re-airing a "Click it or Ticket" commercial that stars a Gen 3 Dakota. It starts out with a headshot of the Dakota heading down the road and it was a strange sight seeing one of these trucks on my TV in full HD glory. Naturally I still can't find the video on YouTube or anywhere online. Seriously, who creates a commercial in this day and age and doesn't post it online?

I seen that and shouted out "hey look an R/T" and everybody stared at me...

I seen today on American Pickers a Lime Green R/T with what appeared to be black R/Ts... i think they were somewhere in PA...

Anybody know if its a member? not many Lime Green ones
