Dodge 4.7L vs jeep 4.7L

I bought a 02 Dakota with the 4.7L engine which it's suppose to have but the guy I bought it from said the engine that's in it isn't the original and it came out of a "car" I'm thinking he swapped the original dodge 4.7L with a Jeep 4.7L HO out of a grand Cherokee. I'm looking for pictures if the differences in the engines down to the most littlest detail. I've noticed fuel lines not secured evap canister floating under the battery those two are just two out of mini things I found wrong or out of place. Does anybody know where the numbers are on the block to see if it is in fact a 4.7 L?

I don't have the spot to look for the Jeep 4.7 HO but the heads, intake manifold, and there will be a sensor on the side of the engine block for the knock sensor that will tell you it is a Jeep 4.7 Ho.
Beyond that, the tone wheels will tell you it is for the JTEC engines, which the Jeep 4.7HO runs on, and it not compatible with the NGC PCM's.
