I usually don't mind if people casually discuss sale prices or discount codes they've found somewhere on the web, but I won't support the creation of a formal thread for the subject because it could potentially interfere with the site's supported vendors.

If the person discussing the promotion is affiliated with the manufacturer or distributor of the products and is not signed up with a supported vendor account, then the thread will be purged.
