Hello,

Just purchased an 05 Durango with the factory alarm installed. Only one key worked for unlocking doors at the dealer and now that has failed. I want to disable the alarm so the darn thing dosnt go off every time I open the door.

Is this something that can be done easily? Is there a way to open the door without the alarm going off (turining the key a certain way a number of times?). thanks

I don't really think there is a way to disable a alarm... Why not just get the keyfob replaced?

dosnt it cost like 150 to get it replaced? That is what Ive read .

If you bought it from the dealer, take it back and make them fix it under warranty since they knew it was like that when they delivered it to you.
