Recently bought a 2000 Dakota with v8 from the local county. Swapping the bumper and found a rubber mounted bar between the frame rails I've never seen before. Wanted to see if anyone knows what it is ? Located on ohio so could have been used for snow removal or so yet attachment of some type. Has anybody ever seen one of these or know what it is ?
