I have a 04 Dakota Sport Plus with the 4.7l engine. The issue is that I have warm air coming out of my vents even when the knob is all the way in the blue. It works when I call for more heat by turning the knob up into the red area. My AC works fine and blows cold, it's just the outside air. Even when it's cool outside, I have war air coming thru my vents.

I don't think it's a blend door problem because all the positions work, i.e., defrost, feet, feet & shoulders, etc. Not sure what the actuator really does so, need advice.
