Complete redesign of the truck. No they don't swap or I'd have the 5 lug on my 2004 because there's way more wheel options.

The 05+ Dakota tan a 5 lug pattern correct? Can any of the hubs be swapped to the previous Dakota?

i mean im sure there's a way to swap to a different hub. however just for a different lug pattern it wouldn't be worth it.
