I'm not a big mechanic at all, but i was wondering if it is possible to add a turbo onto my engine? And what else i could do to maximize it's performance.
I'm really looking into fixing this truck up.

Yes...but...there's a lot more that goes into forced induction (turbo or supercharger) than just installing the unit. Most people opt for forged internals and dished pistons when running with a forced air unit. Another MUST is a computer tune in order to optimize the modifications. These components aren't really what I'd call cheap, but a turbo or supercharger is a great way to add power.
