loud & thwumpin' in my 03, even after i cut a few holes in it to fit over the rear child seat brackets. :biggthump

not too hard to install. i bought mine used and downloaded the install sheet off mtx.com. you'll need a t50 torx to take off the seatbelts to get the side panels out. also, my thunderform didn't line up two of its bolt holes--they were off by a good 4 inches. i chose to mount the amp in the wall below the speaker. i just cut a hole with a dremel, slid the amp in & bolted it down. just had to be sure my settings on the amp were perfect before covering it up with the panel trim.
