I am interested in the 7 piece kit and also an oil fill cap but I can tell by the picture that it will not fit the 4.7. If I sent a 4.7 cap to you would they consider making those?

Have an answer to the 4.7 oil cap. I posted this yesterday:

Paypal sent for the 7 pc set. Still wondering about the 4.7 oil cap. Will send more money if/when available.
Steve, I have a brand new 4.7 cap I can send to you.I'm still getting caught up at work/home from vacation, within the next couple of days I will be sending e-mails to each individual in order to confirm every detail of your order - name/forum name/shipping address, year/make/model, and any special instructions (eg: no engraving, 99 washer fluid cap, etc.)
I was finally able to get ahold of Randy yesterday regarding the 4.7L oil cap (between him being busy and me being busy and then on vacation, it took quite a few calls to get lined up at the same time - didn't want people to think I forgot about them). He doesn't specifically remember offering a 4.7L oil cap, but he says he has some caps/files there that may correspond to the 4.7L engine. Can someone please send me a few good pictures of what the 4.7L oil cap looks like, so I can forward them to Randy? I'm also curious whether someone may already have a spare 4.7L oil cap lying around - I can fwd it to Randy in case he needs to see one in person.
Because of the oil cap delays, I may extend the group buy for another week or two so people can submit last minute orders. The main list of people who have already ordered/paid will be sent to Randy on time so he can begin processing. At this time I do not have a production turnaround estimate, when I have that information I will forward it to the whole group.

Don't even think about doing that. Steve, did Randy ever acknowledge the change to my P/S and brake fluid caps? - adding the "RAM" head to both.except for cancelling the entire order.
I have asked this before but I will ask again. Steve did Randy confirm the changes I wanted for the brake and P/S cap - adding the ram head? Do you see these being ready in the next month? I am headed out to Vegas for the race and maybe I could pick these up.:huh:

Thank you,I am still waiting on a final confirmation from Randy whether he will accept alternative CnC work on the caps - he's always said that he wants to wait until the main production was done to make that decision. As soon as I have a final answer one way or another I will forward it to you. I'm also waiting on a final answer on the 4.7L Oil caps - at the moment it's "no", but maybe we'll get them squeezed in afterward.
I certainly hope these will be done within a month... As soon as I know more details I'll pass it along. The batt strap extension wraps up on saturday night, I will call him sometime on Monday to see if he has any answers for me.
