Hello Fellow Dodge drivers, I just have a general question and was hoping someone would be able to help me. I have an 2004 Dakota, and I'm looking to upgrade the rims and tires. That being said, My stock rims are 70MM bore diameter, the rims I want to get, have a 83.1MM Bore diameter. I was wondering if that will affect me if i install it, or will it not fit properly? They are the same bolt pattern and measurements. Just the Bore is different. Any help at all would be appreciated! Thank you!

Wouldn't recommend it. You'll be relying way too much on the studs to take all the stress of the wheel instead of the full center of the rim and axle/hub.

Isn't your hub size 71.5mm?

They do sell hub centering rings. I'm not a fan of them, but get aluminum over the plastic ones. You'd need to order the exact 80.3mm to 71.5mm size rings obviously.
