im pretty sure the best place is ebay, but make sure you are getting legit r/t wheels; look for the ram logo on the center cap.

FYI: You can buy brand new R/T rims from any Dodge dealership for $160.00 each. Make sure they are processing the order from the Mopar Accessories Catalog and NOT via the traditional parts counter, otherwise their parts markup make the rims 2x or 3x as expensive.

Some dealerships will offer discounts off of the catalog prices, I've read feedback reports of some people getting the rims for as little as $125.00 each new.

R/T rims are always available on E-Bay, but obviously it's buyer beware on the condition and validity of what you get.
