Keys refer to reindexing keys. The torsion bars that come on some Dakotas and Durangos have a hex head on it's end which the keys capture. The reindex keys have that hex hole slightly turned. This makes the torsion bars twist a little more and that raises the truck. However, in my opinion they are a waste of money because you can crank the bars as much as the reindex keys can lift, and besides you can only lift the front end by only 1.5 to 2 inches before you run into trouble with the front end geometry
The ‘03 looks way better than the ‘10! The body on the later gen doesn’t look as nice as the earlier gens. Just my opinion. I’ve had both and teased back down to an ‘03 from a ‘12.
Great looking rig. Can you fit 35s with your set up? Here's a picture of my 2001. Just getting started and finding lots of inspiration from members rigs.
