i know that every 5.9 quad cab dakota (kind rare but every one i've seen has the full time AWD)

i always just rock the 2wd and only use 4hi in the worst conditions... if you pay attention and drive smart, you can make it just about anywhere with just 2wd, even tho some people think they are invincible just because they have full time AWD
