We are going to have over 150+ people and over 100+ cars. Clubs all over the DFW area are coming. They have confirmed, 2 vendors have confirmed and maybe one more.

does the truck have to be in prestiege condition? :/ i got cancer on top of my cab, and i have a few minor chips.

if i had decided to go i would hate to roll up looking like a jolopy compared to the R/T's and others lol

There is no judging when you show up in an non R/T (blasphemy to some, lol.) or a truck that has been used as a truck, or a work in progress.

We have had a guy drive up from Austin before so I think the drive from Wichita Falls will be worth it.

You don't have to have an R/T or show truck to come, it's just a Mopar get together to hang out and have some fun.

HustlaJustin: Yeah my dakota is a for sure work in progress! I've neglected the exterior lately, been focused on interior styling.

But thanks guys i was really interested since this would be my first time every doing something like this with my truck. Just wish i didnt have that paint fade on the cab ugh its sucha terrible thing to see

Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, and anything Mopar Powered. Entrence is free, just tell the people at the gate your with the DFW Clubs.

Vendors are just there to promote there business, all small business trying to start up, one does car audio and fiberglass work, the other one does body work, powder-coating, and paint, and we might have someone else come I forgot what he does. I can't find the post. They are not going to be trying to sell you shit, but they will have displays and probably cards, or t-shirts and shit. Not sure. It's up to them what they want to do.

I build a cooler system for music under the pavilion, and we have a huge smoker coming to cook all the food. DFWDakotas and DFWRams will be supplying the food, and it's a potluck style event, so if you don't want to come empty handed you can bring some food or donations, but it's not required.

Does anyone have a microphone or PA system? So when we do the raffle we can call out the numbers. I think my cooler system can do it, I just need a mic to hook up to the headphone jack.

It's that time for the MOPAR MELTDOWN. We will rent out the pavilion for the day and anyone with the club will get into the park for free. Bring out the family for a day at the lake and some bbq. Don't forget to bring some food for the potluck! Also don't forget about the raffles being held for all types of prizes (see below for more info) Had a blast last year, let's do it bigger this time around.

We have updated the raffle drawings with some new stuff, we also made some shirts for the event, and should have stickers coming also.

We are trying to keep the shirts cheap, and the stickers cheap, most events normally want around 20-30 per shirt, and 10-15 for decals.

We are going to sell them for 10$ Per shirt, 5$ per decal.
Shirts will be offered in WHITE, GREY and PINK (the the ladies)

If you would like a shirt just give me a heads up so we can get a rough estimate on sizes to order and how many colors of each.
