The sick TBs are really a copy of Fastmans work. I am sure they flow decent enough, but you could easily get a junkyard TB and port/polish it yourself if you have the time and tools. You can do it with a dremel, it just takes a while.
There is a guy on dodgetrucks.org selling one he made for $185. He even has a post on dodgetalk.com showing many of the steps he used to make his TBs.
I hear conflicting reports on hughes and Holley TBs. Most people who have the F&B love it, and the billet look is very nice. You do pay a lot more though.
