Anyone here installed a alarm before? I have a Clifford Intelliguard 750. I took it out of my Ford probe years a go, and now I want to install it in my Durango before I install my subs. I was just quoted from car toys 300 bucks to reinstall it. I about   my pants once I heard that. They also side they had too install resistencers and relays because of the keyless entry. I found this on through 12volt.com. http://www.millionbuy.com/dei456lw.html Its a DIRECTED 456LW Universal Door Lock Interface Module. Will this work for what there talking about?

Oh any info would be great too. I'm thinking of doing it myself.

300 sounds about right for a good alarm install(considering it's not bought there)....the install isn't that hard, but doing it correctly AND making it somewhat hidden AND making it reliable does take a fair amount of time........every time i've ever tried to use that module, i've ended up ripping it out in favor or straight resistors..

Well I did find the installation guide for the 750. I called where I bought the alarm at, they told me 150 bucks for the install but its a 3 hour drive. I just might do that and spend some time with my parents. I have a remote coming for it. All I need is the LED and the horn that comes with it.
