...quick answer up front is "yes", but he must be confusing me with another customer - I didn't return a radiator back to them - the radiator I was sent was actually supposed to go to a different customer an hour north of me in Denver, and that customer got 'my' radiator - simple shipping mix-up. I arranged to meet him and we exchanged radiators - I didn't actually send them anything.

That all said, the one I got was a 'blem' - a "blemished" unit that had some scratches on it, which was offered to me at a discounted cost, which I gladly accepted (y) .
