With what looks to be a fog-light-delete. the factory wiring is sitting there Unused with pull-out light switch on the dash, there are design details for a fog light IN the bumper but it's a solid bumper, I'll physically have to cut the bumper.....then in the inside of the bumper there's a Big gap Only a corner/cross brace...
HTF would I even attach OEM/NOS fog lights..Oh and the 'free' wiring harness would plug into OEM fog lights.

Inside the dash, you would just have to buy the entirely new headlight switch that has fog lights, then add the relay in the fuse box and best bet is to get a new lower bumper that was made for fog lights, a hole saw could easily make the cut out but I doubt the plastic is molded inside for the mounting of the fog lights. Sounds like a quick and inexpensive trip to a junkyard to be honest

This shows that fog lights were an accessory item that could be bought and installed after the fact with minimum work by the dealer if someone had a lower model truck without them and wanted to add them after the fact. I doubt you'll have any luck finding that kit but regardless it's a very easy to find a complete fog light bumper and a headlight switch
