Okay I have a very irritating problem involving the factory alarm. The alarm will go off when the door is opened if ANY key is used to open either locked door, even the factory key. So the only way I can lock/unlock my doors are with the clicker. If a key is used and the alarm sounds off, the only way to stop it is to use the clicker. If the battery dies, or I lose the clicker, I am screwed. Anyone know how to fix this, or simply disable the factory alarm?

Sounds like one of the sensors on the back of the lock cylinder is bad or has come off the lock cylinder. Remove the oval shaped rubber plug on the inside of the door above the door latch and you'll be able to see it.

My RT did the same thing when I removed and painted the door handles and didn't get the passengers side sensor back on securely. About drove me friggin' nuts until I found the problem.
