Since it's been cold I've been having an issue stalling in drive-thrus mostly, but also at long lights. At the same time I've been having an issue with the truck not starting when extremely cold. I did find out that it got better when the truck had oil, I went almost a year without an oil change oops. Got oil in it so I'm wondering if I should insulate the battery? And besides keeping up with oil what should I check/do?

Insulating the battery is a good safety measure. Doing specific car maintenance for brakes will be a good move as well.
