I have been searching for control arms for this truck for a while now, it looks like a 97 4wd control arm will work but will need to relocate the sway bar. Any ideas suggestions or if anyone has delt with this what did you do?

Why do you need replacement control arms?
I've replaced ball joints and bushings before, more than once. Not that hard, cheaper and a better repair.

The existing ones are almost completely rusted through (like one pot hole away from snapping)
I should specify that I live in the rust belt
