Reset your PCM and make sure you dont have any vacume hoses that you might have forgotten to reconnect. Also, did you clean you IAC valve that's located on the back of your tb? It might be dirty. Just take it out of the tb and spray some carb/tb cleaner on it. Might take a couple applications for it to knock off most of the carbon build up.
