I want to raise the plenum volume and shorten the runner length. I had this idea for a while but didn't have a magnum engine so I didn't bother.
So now I have a Durango, 2001 and it has the Magnum engine. I wanted a tunnel ran for it but I don't see one for fuel injection. So I decided to modify the kegger. Pictures are worth words so here goes.
I found this intake in the neighborhood and the guy wanted 30$ with the throttlebody.
First thing I did was strip it down and the cut the EGR, next I just blasted it with a hammer and chisel. Runner length should be around 13-14 inches to the valve.
