Hello everyone I've got a 99 Dakota with the 3.9 and when I bought it I noticed one hose from the evap pump on the firewall was capped off and I'm trying to figure out where it's supposed to hook up at. Pic shows it's the one at the top with the service port attached to it thanks.

If you're talking about the green cap that's the service port for smoke test to find a leak in the evap system. The tag on the port should have some info.
