I see a lot of guys trying the 5.7 Hemi swaps into the second gen Dakotas. But what about 2nd gen Durango 3.7 and 4.7 to hemi swaps. I would think it would be strait forward since the 2nd gen Durangos had a hemi option but does any one have real world experience with it.

Not that I have seen on here and the 3.7's are not a cheap swap. The 3.7's came exclusively with the 42RLE automatic and will not work with the HEMI engines at all, so you would need the PCM, engine wiring harness, and the transmission plus all the odds and ends I didn't mention.
Most of these are bought as mommymobiles so not many are going to even bother trying to swap motors unless the cost to replace, say the 4.7, is more than it would to put in a used HEMI instead.

What about 4.7 to 5.7 since they share the 545RFE.

Drive by wire pedal
Hemi ECU
Hemi engine harness
1st gen Hemi engine
Hemi Durango motor mounts
What else?
I am asking because a guy locally is parting out his wrecked hemi Durango. I talked to him briefly and he said he would take $800 for the motor, ECU, and harness.
The 4.7 to 5.7 swap is a lot easier as you just have to pull the engine out and leave the transmission in the vehicle .
Basically, all that you listed is what you will need to make the engine as problem free as possible. That will still depend on how well the engine was taken care of, because since most of these were mommymobiles, maintenance sometimes slips through the cracks and gets neglected, so before you through the engine into the engine bay, take the valve covers and oil pan off first check for any hidden problems.

It's not hard to setup on the Durango's since they were designed with the HEMI's to begin with. You will need that assembly as well.

How about a 6.4 hemi

How about a 6.4 hemi
That's going to be that same as swapping the 5.7 in place of the 4.7, only you have to tune for the extra displacement or the 4.7 or 5.7 tuning will result in possibly lean codes, plus you may have issueswith your injectors because they may not handle going that lean.
