Help! My dad has a 2011 Dakota Big Horn with 32k and in mint condition and at night, the backlight for the fuel and temp is so bad you can’t see how much fuel you have. Can anyone walk me through getting the cluster out so I can determine if it’s a bulb issue or not? It appears as thought the dash panel runs from the driver door all the way over to above the hvac vents above the radio. I took the lower panel off under the steering wheel and the side panel by the drivers door but in not sure how the rest comes apart. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

There are no bulbs to replace, it's an Electroluminescent display back there. It's probably easiest to buy a used instrument cluster off Ebay and swap it in. Find a seller that can program your mileage, which is stored in the instrument cluster as well as your PCM. There's a good write up on how to remove and replace the cluster on another forum, which I've done.
