So I just got my 03 rango, I noticed the front tweeters say infinity, so I assume it
It has it, I replaced all the speakers, except tweeters, and when I turn the volume above 15 it starts screeching, what could it be?

That's nonsense. Mopar radios of that era were made by Alpine, and by and large, are very good radios.

Of course -- and you'd spend good money to do that. My point was that stock Dodge radios DO NOT suck, they are good radios.
