I have a 2003 Dodge Dakota regular cab. My wife was T-boned and it messed up the bed on the passenger side. Our local salvage yards only have quad cabs at the moment will the bed from a quad cab fit on my regular cab I know I will be losing footage that is fine with me as long as the bed will bolt down

Nope. Mounting points won't line up. Major undertaking to make it work.
