I'm swapping 2 4.7 engines and one has the 32 tooth Tone rings and the other I'm putting it into is setup for the 16 tooth Tone rings. I read the Tone Rings can be swapped on the Crank & pass side Camshaft. Has anyone done this, are they hard to swap? Any advice is appreciated!

You need to pull the crank. Swap the tone rings on the crank. And the cam ring is on the timing set. New to you motor. Just replace the timing set with a new correct 16t style timing set. Done.
I know rod bolts are torque to yield, how about the main bolts on the bottom spacer/girdle plate? I can't remember the proper terminology on that! LOL.
