Has anyone ever tryed to get a dent out of these I hit a chunk of snow that was very hard and i dented the corner. can I heat it up and pop it back out?

I had a chick back in to my truck a few years ago.... her bumper went right into the corner of the valence right under the bumper. It popped right out.... she busted my fog light tho

if its frigid cold out, dont try popping it out. get it in a garage and let it warm up for a few hours, maybe put a torpedo heater nearby or something. dont use a heatgun cause it could screw up your paint (if its painted) and the plastic could expand enough that there will always be a bend in it.
