Some times my heater/AC blower will be perfectly functional, other times it will stop altogether. Heat/cold air can be felt coming out of the vents but there is no fan movement. Could this be a faulty fuse issue involving the blower? Blower Motor issue?

So on some durango's there is a heater relay located next to the blower that has some resistors built in it these can fault out and do some funky things when the amp draw of the blower gets to high. If this is not the case with yours you may just have a bad blower motor that occasionally works when it hasn't been ran for a while. To test this you can find a diagram or I'll see if I have it still and comment below.

I had the same problems. Sometimes no air at all would move through the vents, other days no issues. My problem was strictly the blower motor. I replaced it without pulling the dash by following...
