I have a 1999 Dakota sport club cab with 4 wheel drive. It has 90,000 miles on it. I have recently spent $1000 dollars on a water pump, then the water pump by-pass hose and before that the brakes and ball joints. Now the thing keeps stalling. It has very low RPM,S when in first gear. Its an automatic. I just brought it to the dealer and they said it was the MAP sensor. Well $180.00 later that wasnt the problem. I noticed today prior to stalling that my speedometer doesnt work and then suddenly it will work. Anyway. I have just about had it. Any ideas why it would be stalling on me?
