This was the fix. Shifts great and runs fantastic. No more transmission codes and no more limp mode. All transmission issues are gone. Battery is charging. No more low voltage codes from other sensors.
Remaining issue is the gas gauge; reads full when full, but drops to empty after a few miles and stays there until I fill it up again. I believe this is preventing my PCM from running all the built in testing. Catalyst, Evap, and O2 Sensor tests will not complete, I think because gas gauge is ALWAYS either FULL or EMPTY.
