I have a 2000 Dodge Durango with a 5.9 motor. I had a fault code of 1941, coolent relay trouble. I replaced the relay, temperature sensor, and electric fan. This left the PCM as the only thing to replace. So I get a company that sells PCM's and they get me a replacement. Now the new PCM fixed my first problem, but I now get a 1494 code, Leak Detection Pump (LDP) fault. My truck doesn't have a LDP pump in the emission system. Now the PCM is flashed with the vin number , for a 2000 durango, but my truck was build in 12/99, Does my truck have the 1999 emission system without the LDP?? Help!

I was unaware that there were any trucks without a LDP in the system...

I'm not sure where the LDP would be on your truck. I'm pretty sure mine is beside the battery (toward fender)...but I've not really looked at it in a while.

Update PCM

I just found out what is going on. The PCM that I received is for trucks having California and Northeastern State emissions requirement, my truck doesn't have these requirements and doesn't have a Leak Detection Pump.
