Gas is leaking at the fuel rails - cannot find new or used replacement.
What other repair options are there?

Where at the fuel rails?
If at the injectors - you can regasket the injectors with new O-rings.
If at the cross over, that hose can be replaced.
If the metal itself is cracked, then yah, you'll need new ones.
OTOH, did you check car-part.com? They show several across the countryside; I got 50 pages.

I know this thread is old, but thanks for the info! I didn't know about car-part.com. The name sounded familiar, when my PT Cruiser was totaled, they were the people that CSAA sent to pick it up. And the only reason as to why it stuck in my memory is becasue when the tow company took the car they took my keys with it! I called CSAA to find out where the car went. I had to drive 100 miles to Sac in order to retrive my keys on a Friday afternoon at 3:30 pm. They closed at 5pm! That's how I remember their name! LOL!!!
