1994 dodge dakota 3.9 erractic idle

my 1994 dodge dakota has in erratic idle and also a high idle when first starting. i had a bad o2 sensor go on me about 1000 miles ago. i change the 02 sensor change the tbs and also the iac. since then it ran great until 2 weeks ago. Now its has a higher idle. frist start will jump up to. 2000 rpm and work its self down between 1000 to 1200 rpm in park. when putting it into drive it will idle between 800 to 1000. also when driving i have notice that it will shift from 1st to 2nd then back out to 1st and jump to 3 seems like. i sprayed carb cleaner on the vacuum lines and pinched off the brake boaster for leaks. didn't seem to change. any help where i should go after this would be great
