While slowing down and going into and then out a turn, or going over a small dip up and then down a hill (a small hill, a hump, changing from pointing up and then down quickly) and turning (letting off the throttle, and continuing once the vehicle is positioned correctly to continue traveling) the RPMs will rev up quite high before the vehicle shifts.
Is this enough information to start diagnosing?
