Hey gang,

Been searching the site for a photo of a quad cab running the R/T 17" rims, but no luck.

I am trying to get an idea of what they would look like on our quad cabs, a guy here (Dallas) is selling a set, one is missing a center cap, for 200. I thought if I could talk him down to 150, I would buy them just out of prinicple.

But I have been giving some serious thought on putting them on my dakota, as I don't like the black painted rims the previous owner did :-( (I bought this truck about a year ago, and have been bringing it back to life).

Any photos and opinions are appreciated!

They look sexy, all I can say. Those are the only wheels I want that would look sweet, besides the Viper BBS style, and SRT wheels.

If you can wait a couple days I can, I was thinking of taking my winter tires off and putting my r/t's back on since the snow has been none exsistant this winter

Awesome, thank you man!

Yea, I gotta hunt down another 17" OEM set, the guy that had them for sale here (Dallas), flaked on me and decided to keep them. I don't blame him, as rare as they are, I am thinking of stock piling a set or two :jester:

I played around with that idea this weekend, and found a set (sparkle silver), reproductions for 488.96 shipped. No center caps tho', so at 20-30 bucks a center cap, I would be into the rims for about 600+ Not to God aweful considering the repros were "new" and the center caps also, but if I can find a set for 300 or less with caps, with a little wear, I would rather save the money...but then again, as my grandpa always liked to say "Spend it while you can, you can't take it with you when you die" :mullet:

Those do look good! For some reason, I have always liked mopar factory wheels. The factory Jeep wheels and factory Dodge wheels always looks good. I love my stock wheels too but just wish they had less off set. I want my tires to line up perfectly even with my fender flares. I may end up getting some aftermarket rims eventually for summer wheels.

I know they are a bit wider then the stock 16 inch rims, but I found that the 1 tucked into the wheel well and I wanted something that was flush and the r/t did what I wanted

Nice! I guess they must, I have yet to come across any R/T rims around here but 17" tires are more expensive anyways. I am looking to eventually do some eagle alloys or something. Was considering wheel spacers but I never did like them on my Jeep. Always felt weird knowing there were lugs behind the wheel haha. Personal phobia idk.
