10 inch tire help

Hey guys I am shopping around to
try and find a good rim and tire combo for my dakota. The goal is a 315 width tire for a semi slick. It looks like I will need 10 inch rims. So my question is,
will these rims work? If not, if someone could point me in the right size/direction for a good quarter mile tire rim combo it would be greatly appreciated!
