ok ive only had this durango for 2 months. i had fuse tapped the cig lighter fuse to hard wire a backupcam to run whenever truck is running using a fold down lcd in center overhead. worked fine for weeks. then shut off. fuse blew. replaced. immediately blew again. stopped to buy fuses. when i went to start nothing. this was outside an actual auto parts store. coulda been a bad ground blowing fuses but im assuming this created a bigger prob. turn key nothing. headlights come on full. no dash lights. gets power to windows locks cig lighter . wont crank . tested batt. good 94% checked all inside fuses. ok. checked relay box under hood. when turn key the rear blower motor relay clicks. when you touch it you can feel it is deff the one clicking. bought a new one. same thing. tried swapping relays for ASD just to troubleshoot. nothing. so. replaced starter. nothing. same thing. used a multimeter to check relays per online instructions for continuity and seem ok. WHY is the rear blower motor relay involved in this ??? where do i check next? and the fuse tap was removed from the equation in the first step so its out of the mix.

Try taking the rear blower motor out of the equation. Maybe its a shorted blower motor / resistor, Any visable danage to the connectors? Will truck start when blower motor / resistor connectors are disconnected?

Keep it simple first. If you have a voltage meter are you getting power to the relays? Are there any trouble codes. Also: Reverse the camera install procedure and check the places where you made ground and positive connections. To confirm: most of your accessories are working but you have no power to the starter?

And as for grounds. Check them all for corrosion and clean if needed.

You may also want to check other connectors and even the PCM connectors.
Some electronic spray cleaner is always a good thing to keep on hand.
Please keep us informed.
Thanks

headlights work. do not dim when key is turned. dash lights do not come on. cig light works. door locks work . windows work.
obd2 gauge cannot read codes. no signal to it.
light tested starter. gets power. had someone turn key. light did not dim so no voltage drop.
battery has been fully recharged. there’s no reversing the camera install. all done. fuse tap removed. and the cam worked fine for a couple weeks then started blowing fuses right before this all happened. no other failures leading up to this besides the fuse tap blowing a couple fuses

remove left kick panel (just front of drivers door) and disconnect the two cables going to pcm? (electronic box) wait couple min, clean both sides of connectors and reassemble. from there check on the ground wires throughout the vehicle
