Hey I recently did a standard swap in my 5.2l dakota and I can't get it to fire up now that my new transmission is in I believe it has to do with the netural saftey switch from when my truck was auto. Any sujestions on how I can make my truck start and drive...?
I have got my neutral saftey switch grounded now I can turn my truck over from the key but it wont start do I need a 5 speed pcm or something but I dony see why that would provent it from starting..
Did you ever get it figured out? I'm in Vernon bc doing manual swap in my 03. 01 donor truck. Trying to figure out if I need to buy a new com and wiring harness or if I can make the auto stuff work
