Also known as Mike Leach Headers or Positive Performance Headers (PPH).
Bolt on a set of our Mopar Performance Parts headers and feel
the power. Manufactured from heavy 14 gauge tubing with 3/8" thick flanges,
mandrel bent and triple nickel-chrome finish makes these headers the most
durable on the market. Each header is engineered to achieve minimum back
pressure and maximum flow, resulting in increased horsepower and torque. Headers
are EMISSION EXEMPT. Kits include all necessary installation hardware.

PRODUCT INFORMATION:
These headers were designed and made for use with the mopar performance
aftermarket r/t heads. The major issue that was run across with previous headers
was a complete port mismatch or port spacing issue between the header and the
head, see the comparison page for pictures and more info on the port
mismatch/spacing issue. From the pics you will be able to see there is close to
a 1/4" overhang in the center ports and close to 1/8" overhang on the outer
ports........this adds up to a less than optimal header for use with the mopar
performance aftermarket r/t heads. For an optimal setup the port plates -
nicknamed 'power plates' - were setup to be a direct match of the r/t
performance head exhaust ports. The ports on the flange for the header that
bolts to the 'power plate' is then made 40 thousandths of an inch bigger to
ensure optimal exhaust flow is achieved, with no restrictions.
The new headers consist of a port plate ('power plate') - which will be anodized
in a titanium finish, 1 3/4" pipes welded to a custom flange with a 4 into 1
design. Headers will be ceramichromed, unless otherwise specified when ordering.
New custom gaskets made by cometic gasket company will also compliment the setup
and be included with the headers and 'power plates' as the other gaskets made
hang in the ports as well.
