The original power slot was designed to beat the challenges of
high performance brake demands. Brightly plated, Power Slot rotors eliminate
rusty rotor syndrome and enhance the look of custom wheels. It's a common fact
that venting the gas from super heated brake pads improves overall brake
performance. Of the various venting methods, slotting has the clear advantage.
Slotting, unlike drilling, is not prone to cracking. Plus, drilling delivers
considerably less active braking surface, 108% less than Power Slot. And drilled
and slotted rotors deliver 153% less swept area than Power Slot.
Our latest edition to the line up, the Pro Stop rotors, give you the look of a
cross-drilled rotor without the side effects associated with cross-drilling. The
Pro Stop rotors have dimples that are milled in on CNC precision turning
machines. Dimples are 20 thousandths below the minimum thickness of the rotor to
assure performance throughout the life of the rotor.
