Sprayed On: ArmorThane® is sprayed directly onto your original truck bed. This way it forms a permanent airtight and watertight seal. This means no rusting.

Thickness: ArmorThane® is specified to be applied up to 1/4" so you know you are getting the thickest sprayed-on truck bedliner available. The thickness helps to protect your truck and your load by resisting tearing, scratching and wearing.

Flexible: ArmorThane® will stand up to the hottest summer sun and yet remain flexible in the coldest, harshest winters. You can count on ArmorThane® not to crack, warp, split or peel.

Slip Resistant: Whether you are standing in your truck bed or hauling a load, you can count on ArmorThane® to provide the slip resistance you need. The textured surface makes sure your load stays put and provides the traction you need even when wet.

If you don't want your bedliner to stand out, spray your forest green truck with a forest green liner. The bottom line is that the decision is all up to you. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
ArmorThane® liners are sprayed on using proprietary plural component spray equipment. It is no secret how it is done, however it does require specific technical knowledge like proper equipment set-up, correct temperature and humidity, and proper masking and prepping of the truck. There is also a knack to spraying.

All Authorized ArmorThane® dealers are trained to apply ArmorThane® liners properly and to treat your truck with the utmost care. We don't like to rush the process because it compromises the quality. A normal ArmorThane® application usually takes about 3-4 hours.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
The HERCULINER application process can be boiled down to three easy steps: first, prepping the truck bed; second, brushing and rolling the coating on the bed surface; and last, drying time. Preparing the bed is a simple matter of cleaning the bed surface and masking off the truck bed perimeter to ensure that HERCULINER does not get on unwanted areas.

HERCULINER is then applied to the bed using the brush and rollers included in the kit; the entire application process takes three to four hours. After 90 minutes, the bed is dry to the touch and is ready for light use in ten to twelve hours. Within 24 hours, the bed is fully cured. In the unlikely event the bed liner is gouged, HERCULINER can bond to itself making touch up a simple matter of brushing over the gouge. Repairing spray-on liners requires going back to the bed liner dealer and unnecessary down time and inconvenience.
