Club Cab and Durango trucks.
Dodge Dakota Club Cab (Fits under rear seat,
sits on top of factory tool tray):
The Dodge Dakota is one of the few compact trucks that offers a
real back seat in its extended cab version. JL Audio' s Stealthbox allows you to
retain full use of the back seat while delivering incredible bass performance.
This Stealthbox even improves the rear seat' s comfort by raising its front edge
slightly.
A clever side-firing porting scheme extracts maximum output and low frequency
extension from the 200 watt, 8-inch subwoofer loaded in the box. The woofer is
protected by a metal grille should you want to fold the seats up and haul cargo
over the Stealthbox.
The Stealthbox installation does not affect access to the jack and tools. We
even include a matching amp board so that an amplifier or processor can be
installed over the tool access hatch.
Contains one 8W6 subwoofer in a ported enclosure. 200 Watt power handling. Wired
for 3 ohm mono. Installs underneath rear bench seat. Allows for full jack
access. Prevents use of driver side rear storage bin. 8-inch grille and
amplifier / processor mounting board (18" x 12.25") included. May prevent
installation of child restraint seat. Will not fit Dodge Dakota Standard Cab or
Quad-Cab.
Different carpet colors are offered to match the interior color of your vehicle.
Dodge Durango (fits between 3rd row seats in
custom console):
If your Durango is equipped with 3-seating rows, finding a good
location for a subwoofer can be a real challenge. Fortunately, we' ve done all
the work already with a compact design that replaces the center cushion of the
2nd seating row with a powerful 10-inch subwoofer that fires down towards the
floor to deliver strong output and excellent fidelity.
The Stealthbox will not affect folding of the seats or cargo area. We even
include an upholstered cover to match the interior.
Contains one down-firing 10W0 -4 in a sealed enclosure. 125 Watt power handling.
4 ohm mono load. Replaces the narrow, center seat cushion in the second row of
seats. Includes color-matched upholstered cover. The Stealthbox is higher than
the stock seat cushion, preventing its use as a seat. The seat-folding function
remains unaffected.
Will only fit models with optional three-row seating.

- unloaded - Just the enclosure. You must purchase a pair of
subwoofers that can fit inside of the enclosure, and an amplifier to drive the
speakers.
- loaded - Comes with a pair of 10" MTX 6000 8-ohm subwoofers
wired to a single bridged terminal with a 4-ohm load - you must purchase and
install an amplifier to drive the speakers. This is the most popular
version. Most people have their amplifiers installed underneath the passenger
seat, or inside of the wall panels near the factory rear speakers - contact a
local stereo shop for advice.
- amplified version comes with a pair of 10" MTX .7-ohm
speakers connected to a built-in 100-Watt amplifier. Owners have claimed that
this fills in the bass nicely with the stock system, but lacks a heavy punch -
just very convenient.
Models available for Dodge Durango (Fits under
cargo lid in rear of vehicle):
- unloaded - Just the enclosure. You must purchase a subwoofer that can fit inside of the enclosure, and an amplifier to drive the

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Dakota Club Cab:
Installation instructions are included with the product. Approximately 1-2
hours for installation. Must remove the rear seat panel and disassemble
the rear quarterpanels to access the factory tool tray. 5 bolts hold this
tray in place directly into the floor. Warning: The Club Cab
Thunderform does not line up all of its bolt holes, evidently MTX either doesn't
know about the problem or doesn't feel like making new molds.
Durango: Fits under the cargo lid in the rear area of the vehicle.

PRODUCT INFORMATION:
Each of our enclosures have built-in amp trays and are carpeted
with thick charcoal carpet. Other colors are available upon request. Each box
comes with pre-installed terminal cups and feature double-siliconed walls.
If your looking for a stealth box that is out of sight for security reasons and
also hurts your chest when you hear a kick drum, you're in the right place.
Don't spend over $350.00 for a plastic enclosure with "JUST OK BASS", and
nowhere to house an amp. Space is tight in these newer vehicles. These boxes are
made out of MDF, (not particle board), and carpeted with thick charcoal
enclosure carpet to match your interior. Other colors available upon request.
You will see in the pictures the quality and time that goes into them. The MDF
is cut, sanded, sealed with liquid nail, screwed (not nailed), then all the
inside joints are sealed with silicone, The speaker terminal cups are installed
for you. The custom built boxes do not get built until you order them. There is
a replacement only policy on all boxes.
